I dont' know if anyone would be interested to read and see this... but since last year I wanted to share this case filed last 4/28/06

How my TURTLE was murdered last night.

Subject : PongPi Two

Species : Red Eared Snapping Turtle

Sex : Male

Date of Birth : Dec 1997

Last seen as an active, playful and speedy

Sibling : PongPi One (was lost last 2003, Backyard creek Taytay Rizal)

• Examine crime scenes to obtain clues and evidence, such as loose hairs, fibers, clothing, or weapons.

Ants around the area, no traces of forced entry

The adopted female turtle companion.

• Secure deceased body and obtain evidence from it, preventing bystanders from tampering with it prior to medical examiner's arrival.

The body was found with maggots and worms on the punctured area. All claws were extended (a sign of struggle from the victim). He was found in the middle of the manmade cement pond like habitat

• Obtain evidence from suspects.

His companion, an adopted female turtle that measured 8 inches in radius

• Provide testimony as a witness in court.

Ate Chet ; a Cat lingering near the fence last night

Antonio Pigaffeta (Piggy) the white Japanese Spitz: No reaction at all, he is suppose to bark at the intruders

Two cats were seen lingering in the backyard that same morning, an adult Black and White cat and an orangey juvenile

• Analyze completed police reports to determine what additional information and investigative work is needed.

Case was filed at X-Files and SOCO … pending

• Prepare charges or responses to charges, or information for court cases, according to formalized procedures.

The adopted companion was still detained at L3 B28

• Note, mark, and photograph location of objects found, such as footprints, tire tracks, bullets and bloodstains, and take measurements of the scene.

• Obtain summary of incident from officer in charge at crime scene, taking care to avoid disturbing evidence.
